Surveillance/Assessments/Hold Points

This procedure describes the process used by the company to perform surveillances, assessments, or Hold Points on-site or at a supplier’s facility which includes programs, items, or services, as necessary.  This procedure may also be used to perform Management and Independent assessments of the company activities.
